The following property features and services are available to you to ensure your stay with us is comfortable. The reception team is here to assist you during reception hours by dialling 9. Our services include but are not limited to: • Booking of taxis, Quest shuttle bus, chauffeur services, tour and car hire booking services • Business administration services (fax, photocopying etc.) • Local area information • For urgent after hours assistance please dial 9 for the Night Duty Managers number. Your apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and Public Holidays, or when your DO NOT DISTURB sign is displayed. Apartments requiring excess cleaning or have excess rubbish left in them, as deemed by management, will incur additional cleaning fees. Quest Burwood East is a non-smoking property except on your private balcony and outside in designated smoking areas. Smoking within the property will result in additional cleaning charges of $200.00 per day. We offer you the following Dine in and Dine out options: • Continental breakfast packs • Restaurant delivery options (See menus on dining table) • Restaurant charge back to local restaurants and cafes Refer to guest compendium for further information. Should you wish to prepare your own meals, we assist guests with a pantry shopping service. An order form is provided in your guest compendium. Same day valet dry cleaning service is available weekdays. Contact reception for collection by 8:30am. Check out time is 10.00am. If you require a late check-out, please contact reception. For early departures (prior to 7:00am), please contact our team the night prior to your departure to finalise your account. In the case of an emergency evacuation a siren will sound. Please ensure that you use one of the emergency stairwells located at each end of the corridors on every level. Please DO NOT use lifts.
